Get Rid of All The Web Page Ads With Internet Explorer 6 and Windows XP

Note: In order to get rid of (most) ads in Internet Explorer, you must replace a file on your computer. I originally posted the contents of the file that needs to be modified here, but the formatting was changed by this web site. Plus, the file is REAL BIG.
